Classes

• Classes are scheduled weekdays or sometimes during weekends.
• Class material, booklets, books and copies are included within the class fee.
• On line assistance and email consultation available.
• Cancellation of a class must be done 24 hours in advance otherwise there will be no option of a compensation class.
• A compensation class must be taken sometime before the next scheduled class otherwise it will be considered lost.
• Classes’ payment is due in advance, on weekly or monthly basis.
• Classes included in a package must be taken within 45 days.
• Payments are accepted in cash, checks or credit card by paypal account.

Translation services

• Due to variables such as length of the source document, nature of source document (e.g. legal, financial, etc), and the time frame within which the client wishes to receive the completed project, rates may vary. Discounts are given for large projects.
• An electronic copy of your document will be requested whenever is possible in order to provide you with a competitive, same-day estimate based on your specifications.
• You will receive a Translation Service Agreement, it will include an estimate of the translation. For first-time clients, delivery of the source document must be accompanied by the signed Translation Services Agreement and a 50% down payment.
• The balance is due upon receipt of the completed document.
• Payments are accepted in cash, checks, bank transfer or credit card by paypal account.

Interpreting services

• Interpreting services are charged by the hour or by the day.
• Interview with client to asses needs is required previous to the interpretation assignment.
• Payments are due no longer than7 days after the assignment was completed.
• Payments are accepted in cash, checks, bank transfer or credit card by paypal account.
